Re: Stage 4 Restrictions

This letter is being written to support our patients while on the road during stage 4 Covid restrictions.

The bearer of this letter has received a SMS with their appointment time to identify when they should be on the road travelling to or from their appointment with our medical staff.

Chiropractic is a registered allied health profession which under the recent Covid stage 4 restrictions is allowed to practice on site and consult with patients face to face. As per these guidelines a Stringent Covid plan has been implemented at our practice to prevent spread of disease. (details can be requested and is available at reception)

According the the new Guidelines patients are allowed to travel a reasonable distance to visit with their regular practitioners. This includes treatment with practitioners outside the 5 km radius of their home.

Treatment for these patients helps to prevent them from requiring medical admissions and further over burdening an already stretched hospital system. Treatment is necessary to aid in both physical and mental health. I can be contacted directly for further information below.
